Creative Soul Studios' caricatures have been part of many events, from birthday parties and weddings to corporate events and anything else you can imagine!  We would love to be part of your next event and create some fun art for you and your guests! You can request to have us at your next event by filling out our Event Request Form below. 

​We make any event memorable! No event is too big or too small for us, and our artists will travel near and far to spread smiles and fun at your event! For events, we offer Black and White or Full-Color caricatures and three pricing options: Traditional, Hybrid, and Digital. These options are outlined below. Traditional Caricatures
Traditional drawings are done with markers on 9" x 12" or 11”x 14” paper. There is a cost difference between black and white or full color, but because color takes a little longer, you get fewer drawings per hour.

*Please Note: There is a travel fee for locations over 50 miles from Yorktown, VA., which includes a $50 to $90 Travel Fee. Be sure to select your location from the dropdown section below.


BLACK & CARICATURES:
When drawing in black and white, our artists average 12-18 faces per hour. We recommend no more than four faces per drawing, but each artist determines their maximum limit. Examples of this style are provided in the photos above. There is a cost difference between black and white and full color, but because color takes a little longer, you get fewer drawings per hour. 


FULL-COLOR CARICATURES:
Artists average 8-10 faces per hour when drawing full color. We recommend no more than four faces per drawing, but each artist determines their maximum limit. Examples of this style are provided in the photos above. There is a cost difference between black and white or full color, but because color takes a little longer, you get fewer drawings per hour. 


HYBRID CARICATURES:
Hybrid is the same drawing style as traditional, but we also set up a small camera and a large TV monitor to provide a live, real-time display of the caricatures being drawn. Guests in line or across the room can enjoy watching the drawings come to life, which significantly increases the entertainment value.


DIGITAL CARICATURES:
Our live digital caricatures are drawn on a tablet and displayed on a large TV monitor. Hence, guests in line or across the room can enjoy watching the drawings come to life. Drawings are printed on 4" x 6" photo paper, and a digital copy is also available for immediate download. We recommend only one face per drawing and have a maximum of 2 faces per drawing. Lanyards and 4" x 6" clear pouches are also available at an extra cost. When working digitally, we draw in full color but can also do black and white. Examples of this style are provided in the photos above.

Please Note: There is a travel fee for locations over 50 miles from Yorktown, Va.  If you did not select your event location from the previous section, I will send you a separate invoice for the travel fee.

Terms of Service - Cancellation Policy: The deposit for this event is non-refundable.  If the client cancels at any time before the event, their balance payment will be refunded.
